Lon has been practicing as a Financial Planner since 1976. He earned the right to use the Certified Financial Planner designation in 1985 and continues to maintain his license to practice through continuing education and commitment to the standards and practices as established by the CFP™ Board.
During the last 36 years, Lon has affiliated with Cadaret, Grant & Co., Inc. which is based in Syracuse, New York. He was honored as a Top 10 Advisor for Cadaret Grant for the last 17 years and has received numerous National Achievement Awards.
In addition to his CFP™ certification, Lon possesses Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses. Lon is also licensed to sell Life & Health insurance as well as Long Term Care insurance products and is a Tax Preparer registered with the NYS Department of Taxation & Finance.
Lon is a member of the Federated Church of West Winfield and serves as the Chairperson of the Finance Board and is a member of the Pastoral Relations Committee. He attributes all of his life’s success to the Grace of God.
Lon loves deep sea fishing, snowmobiling and golf, but most of all, spending time with his wife and children.
